Here’s the Truth I’ve Learned

After living with celiac for over 20 years and working with clients who are frustrated, exhausted, and overwhelmed, here’s what I know:

Gluten-Free Processed Food is Still Processed Food

That box of gluten-free cookies isn’t healing your body. Real healing comes from whole, nourishing foods that your body recognizes and can actually use. When I was first diagnosed with celiac disease, I thought switching to gluten-free versions of everything would solve my problems. But I quickly learned that replacing processed wheat with processed rice flour wasn’t the answer.

Real food heals. Processed food – even if it’s gluten-free – doesn’t.

What Works for Someone Else May Not Work for You

Your body is unique. Your history is unique. Your healing journey will be unique too. And that’s not just okay – it’s exactly how it should be.

I take a bio-individual approach because I’ve seen firsthand that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. What helped me heal may not be exactly what helps you. That’s why we’ll work together to understand YOUR body, YOUR triggers, and YOUR specific needs.
