Twenty-four years ago, I was crying on a grocery store floor, desperately trying to read labels and keep my two-year-old daughter alive. She’d just been hospitalized with celiac disease, and I had to learn an entirely new way to feed my family – fast.
A year later, I was diagnosed too. Suddenly I wasn’t just cooking gluten-free for her – I was healing my own body.
That was over two decades ago. And what I’ve learned since then is this: removing gluten is just the beginning. Real healing goes deeper.
I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I wanted to understand the “why” behind what was happening in our bodies. I studied. I experimented. I cooked thousands of meals.
